After your day of hunting, the world-class lodging and quiet relaxation of our own Diamond K Ranch guest facilities await you. The compound features a large, comfortable, 1800's-style log home with four bedrooms, each with a private bath, living room, kitchen, dining room, bar area, four fireplaces, covered patio and fabulous view. There is also a separate game room, which is well stocked with its own bar, satellite television, fireplace and pool table.

At mealtime, we serve a delicious variety of South Texas-style cuisine, along with our own specialty dishes of venison, salmon and chicken. We're also proud to offer a liquor and wine selection comparable to any fine-dining establishment. All in all, we provide a wonderful setting to relax and prepare for your next day of hunting.

If you prefer to experience a true sense of Africa, we offer our unique safari style tents. These tents were imported from South Africa and afford conveniences any hunter would enjoy. These warm, cozy, yet spacious quarters offer our guests not only an unusual place to stay, but also every comfort of home. Queen size beds, private baths and panoramic porches to view the luscious hill country add to the special experience of our large safari style tents.

There is also a large "Liar's Pit" just outside the incredible safari tents, where a blazing fire warms everyone while colorful stories of the day's hunts are told. Staying in the safari tents provides a feeling of being a world apart from the ordinary, and the atmosphere of hunting for the big game you have always dreamed about.
